The completion date is determined by what stage of build we are in. Godliman-Watson Homes schedule all of the work on your home so it will be complete in the most efficient and timely manner possible. All work must be complete in the home before you move in, to create a safe environment for you and your family.
What is the next step?
The next step depends on what stage of the building process your new home is in when you sign a purchase agreement. Some homes are complete and ready for move in. Other homes are still under or just beginning construction.
